We are out-of-network and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients use HSA/FSA cards, and we can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. We’ll share a simple script to ask your insurer about out-of-network benefits so you understand possible coverage before starting. In addition, we partner with Mentaya to help clients use out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to discuss costs before you schedule.
No. A qEEG brain map is an assessment tool, not a diagnosis. When used, it helps identify patterns that may influence focus, mood, or stress regulation. We combine map insights (if applicable) with your goals to personalize counseling—not to label or medicalize to personalize your counseling experience.
Not always. Many begin with counseling; others add qEEG to inform neurofeedback. We’ll recommend it only if it adds value.
Yes. You can choose counseling-only, neurofeedback-only, or a combined plan.
Yes, when helpful and with your written consent. We’re medication-neutral and can coordinate with prescribers or individual therapists to keep your plan cohesive. If you prefer no coordination, we respect that and keep your couples work distinct.
Start with a free consult. We’ll discuss goals, history, and fit. Many clients begin with counseling and add neurofeedback; others do neurofeedback first and layer therapy in.
We primarily see adults; some clinicians work with teens (often 13+). Ask about current availability.
Both. Counseling is available in person and via secure telehealth. Neurofeedback is in person, with select at-home options when appropriate.
Tell us. We’ll adjust the fit or recommend another clinician—no hard feelings.
No. We’re therapy and neurofeedback providers. We’ll coordinate with prescribers if you’d like.
Most appointments require 24–48 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancel fee. Details are in your intake forms.
Yes! Many of our clients take a holistic and well-rounded approach like including cognitive behavioral therapy sessions in addition to neurofeedback therapy sessions. It is safe and effective to complete multiple forms of mental health treatment at once. Our counselors in Denver CO will discuss the implications of completing multiple forms of therapy at once during your consultation. We suggest completing talk therapy with your neurofeedback therapy program at a minimum in order to gain the most benefit from your time with us.
Neurofeedback therapy is a subcategory of biofeedback. Biofeedback works on bodily functions such as heart rate and body temperature to help regulate the nervous system. Remote neurofeedback therapy and in person neurofeedback therapy works specifically on brain waves to help regulate symptoms associated with mental health such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD, insomnia, and more.
If you’re ready to talk through options, book a free consult.

I specialize in working with women in their 20s to 50s who struggle with self-worth, self-esteem, and the guilt that often comes with prioritizing themselves. Finding self-trust and the ability to feel worthy of happiness are common topics in my work. My clients tend to put off therapy because they downplay their struggles, describing their pain as ‘not that big of a deal.’ Many of them grew up in households where expressing emotions wasn’t encouraged and they are still looking for security now. My goal is to create a space where you feel completely free to be yourself—no pressure, no expectations. Therapy with me isn’t about either of us being ‘perfect’—it’s more about you feeling safe, seen, and supported as you figure things out in a way that works for you. I prioritize meaningful conversations that get to the heart of the issue, getting to the root and out of surface level conversation quickly. Going through my own therapy has given me a deeper understanding of what it’s like to be in the client’s seat, and it’s made me even more passionate about helping others find the support that truly works for them. My clients describe me as focused, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth. I truly love what I do and that comes through in my work! I’m a person-centered therapist, but I often integrate elements of Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and IFS.
I support adults and teens (15+) who are ready to find relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in life, career, or identity transitions. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed, and integrative approach, I help clients reconnect with themselves and move toward balance and resilience. I’m EMDR-trained and draw from person-centered, gestalt, DBT, and somatic practices. Whether we’re working with the nervous system, processing painful memories, or exploring patterns with curiosity, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel supported, present, and empowered to grow. I especially enjoy working with athletes, creative people, students, and outdoor adventurers who value resilience, beauty, and balance. Alongside therapy and grounding practices, I also offer neurofeedback as another powerful pathway for nervous system regulation and healing. Outside the office, you’ll often find me climbing, fly fishing, running trails, foraging, or relaxing in the grass under the aspens. My love for movement, play, and nature continually inspires how I show up with clients.
